The dharma gang....

After an amazing morning of listening to more of Pema Chodren, we once again split into 2's and discussed what we heard!   It is fascinating to learn how others think and feel - a very lively discussion ensued for the next hour.

Lunch was of course fantastic....and before everyone sat down to eat we gathered for the obligatory group shot!   Most folks have gone on their trips home to various spots on Cape Breton, transformed and with new friends made!   It has been a glorious weekend retreat...not only from the point of view of the teachings, but we have had the best weather possible.  Now i'm ready for a wee nap!
