Socialisation

The third session with the new dog trainer today.
We have a typical Jack Russell and he thinks he rules the street. He barks at other dogs, barks at cats, barks at the ice-cream van, barks at the doorbell, you get my drift.
Well we decided to give a new chap a try, and he is mostly familiar with training working dogs and owners. I have to say, we are seeing some very encouraging results. Far less lead pulling, much more attention to our commands.
He got ten out of ten today and was super friendly with the two labs he brought along as walking companions.
Practise, practise, practise.
