Sedge Warbler

This morning we took a trip up to Alkborough flats for a spot of bird watching to see what we could see. A few bits about. I managed to get a few shots of this Sedge Warbler which was in full voice. I have posted a few more shots Here including a lovely Wheatear  and a couple of shots of 2 deer. We did get to see a couple of Montagu harriers a rare bird for this country. They had been seen over the other side of the river at Blacktoft Sands but we was able to view them along with quite a few Marsh harriers.
This afternoon we took a trip over to my grandsons 6th Birthday party
