Holding chickens for the first time

We are in Braunton North Devon at Little Comfort Farm, we've stayed here many times.
A lovely morning on the farm feeding chickens, pigs and lambs and then on to Lee Bay for some rockpool action and lunch at the local boozer.
Then to a village fete for 'guess the hippo's Birthday', 'splat the rat' and other fun games.
Having blagged sugar from a neighbor am about to have champagne cocktails.
The last few days were amazing but very tiring, it's nice to have a break.
