Mono Monday – The Day of the Triffids

I thought about posting a photo taken with the lens cap on, to represent what virtually everyone on earth woke up to after the green light display was seen in the night sky (i.e., blindness) but decided against that... this is instead my rather poor attempt at the 'comet shower' that marked the beginning of the Day of the Triffids. Harder than it might seem to get any semblance of green streaking lights across the sky... (in mono especially!)
