Loch Linnhe

Very wet start to the day and with no sign of the rain going off we decided to make the best of the day and enjoy the atmospheric landscape :-)
We headed north to Castle Stalker and to have lunch at the nice tearoom there.
In between showers we got the chance to view Castle Stalker from the viewpoint they have at the tearoom.
After lunch we headed further north stopping at a car park by the the shores of Loch Linnhe taking advantage of the cycle path which runs along the side of the Loch to walk Maeve.
Back in the car we headed on to Ballachullish to try and get a shot of the little Gaelic church there hoping that the bluebells would be in bloom all around the little church.
No such luck too wet to even get out of the car.
I've put a link to some images of the church on a better day so you can see the bluebells in bloom.
My extra image shows some of the colour in the rocks by the side of the cycle path.
