Double trouble ...

These are my gorgeous neighbours, and Vera graciously featured in an earlier blip. It's hard to pin them down as they are always on the go, either volunteering or out sailing, or bodysurfing at the beach or heading off to ski the powder snow in Japan. Noel is 90 and Vera is 84 and they have such a vibrant, positive outlook on life.

After our morning chat, Noel was off to the physio to do some exercises in preparation for the upcoming ski season. I don't think they have read the manual on ageing.
