Redbull fuel

Made the first section of my sorbet, it's chilling in the fridge. I'm making redbull Buckfast sorbet for my friends at college, hopefully it'll be decent and they will like it. Need to add the alcohol tomorrow, then freeze it :-D. It's like being a mad scientist lol, I've been inspired by the icecreamists lol, ordered their book the other day, can't wait till it arrives, there's a recipe for absinthe lollys :-p.
