Excellence in Education

Just in time to do my blip on the right day.

This evening LC hosted the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards. Numerous area awards followed by a speech by the guest speaker. This is the best I could do for a photo of our famous guest. David Starkey, eminent historian who thankfully gave a short speech! This was followed by the 22 'big' awards. I presented the prize to the Primary Teacher of the Year and then got to have my photo taken with the winner and David Starkey himself.

A very long evening finished off with a cuppa and now I am off to bed, need to be back at LC by 8am.
