This Morning...

Went for an 8 mile run along the Thames with my friends Sam and _JoannaBanana_ and we happened upon Phillip and Amanda doing some kind of outside broadcast or photoshoot.

After our run we went for a fruity beer at the Captain Kidd.

On my way home now to get ready. Off to Leicester Square tonight for dinner and to see Andrei Tarkovsky's Solaris at the Prince Charles Theatre.
