Up on the roof

I waited and waited for a bird to land on the roof and complete my picture but eventually my train came so this will have to do.

I'm sure you'll all be relieved to hear that I found something to do at work today, in fact I ended up having a lovely productive but not overly taxing day.

And tonight was bookclub. For the record, and because I know you like to know (NickC), we read Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer. I am unconvinced, and the general consensus was not very positive.
