Rules? What rules? We don't need no steenkeeng rules, speedy.
The U.S. Postal Service has rules for rural delivery boxes, stanchions. box height and anything that has to do with their mail system. As you can see, we all faithfully adhere to these rules.
Tomorrow is my birthday....I hope I have a large enough box for all those cards and letters...lol
