Man with a hat!

There was a programme on the radio this morning about how wearing a hat changes the man. Later and on my way to a Bristol Walk Festival...walk.. I met this smartly dressed man, and his hat. I asked does wearing a hat change you? He smiled. Can I blip you ? He nodded and smiled. So here he is.
