Found this fly crawling across the kitchen floor and it finally stopped long enough to get a pic. It was then thrown outside!
Spent the day doing some re-organising, going to café and gardening and in the evening went to Perth to run the Kinnoull Hill Race. I thought I might be last when I looked at last year's results but there were a few behind me.
On our walk last week we did get the route almost right, it still had short, very steep sections - but some lovely downs.
