Easter Road Lament

This week marked the 100th anniversary of the Quintinshill rail disaster where almost 250 died. Many of the victims were soldiers of the 17th  "Leith" battalion of the  Royal Scots on their way to Gallipoli.

A lone piper played and the crowd fell silent in a genuinely moving tribute prior to kick off of the 2nd leg of the SPFL play-off semi-final.
