Dr Johnson and the Burger Van

Dr Samuel Johnson, compiler of the first English dictionary, sits pensively in Lichfield market place - what would he think of the burger bar beneath him I wonder?

I wonder too how he would define the word "burger"? - quite caustically I would imagine!
