Gongs

I had a wonderful day. I took part in a gong workshop and learnt how to use gongs and singing bowls in sound therapy. The blips show the gongs and bowls, and my friend Heather 'paddling' one of the gongs. The workshop was run by Jane Farrand.
In the evening Bob and I went to the Cast Theatre in Doncaster to see Northern Ballet's 'Madam Butterfly.' Marvellous!  Go and see it if you can. It was a fantastic ballet interpretation of the opera.
