Chelsea Flower Show 2015

Today was the day! My daughter and I arrived at the Chelsea Flower Show at about 3.30pm. Our tickets gave us two  "slots" - afternoon and into the evening until closing time at 8 pm.
This picture shows some of the peonies from Kelways Nursery near Langport, Somerset, displayed in the Grand Pavilion.
It was wonderful to be there, looking at the gardens featured in newspaper articles and of course on BBC tv. The bigger show gardens, the Artisan gardens, the Fresh gardens - we saw them all. It was a perfect, warm sunny afternoon and evening.
In the pavilion, the scent of the flowers was absolutely amazing!
Naturalistic planting was featured in many of the gardens, with forget-me-nots, buttercups and other wild flowers mixed with perennials and grasses.
We had a wonderful time - and I will add two more photos, one of David Austen's roses and the other of the Show Garden "The Time in Between", designed by Charlie Albone of Sydney, Australia.
