Cuckoo in the reeds.

After a day of gardening and helping the blackbirds find worms (!) we had an early evening walk at Rimac Nature Reserve and saw a cuckoo again. It is my lucky year!
The mallards have been around all day taking the occasional dip and then hiding behind plants! A lovely day.
