Monster as its going to cost a monster price to fix - and its one of the headaches for the Mayor of Christchurch who is making sad speeches about the East of ChCh ( see headlines in todays Press ) WORDS WORDS
I love this structure its one of the best in the Southern Hemisphere and I hope it can be fixed to its true shape.
