Update

I had to call NHS 111 yesterday as I felt so awful
They made me an appointment at a clinic at the Leicester Royal Infirmary
I saw a doctor who gave me a good examination and he says that the anti biotics are working it's just a matter of time and it will be a good while to get over this
He never said "at my age" but I got that idea
