musical youth

A step change in musical ability today - there must have been something in the water. +2/3 wanted to run through her school piano book so we played duets together and she's really good; definitely got the hang of time signatures and counting. Then +1/3 appeared wanting to play me a new tune he's learning; I asked if he could play the chords... and he could, very nicely. Then he wanted a go on my acoustic and discovered that he's no longer too small to play a full sized guitar. 

The evening was spent watching a Mk1 Transit being restored and then The One I Love. A bit mind bending but quite good...

Getting the hang of the new camera, listed some stuff to sell on ebay, all in all a pretty good day.
