Foggy Morning

This photograph is of today's foggy morning in Perugia, Italy.

I awoke early and checked the date - June 5th. I knew that the transit of Venus is occurring on the 5th and 6th of this month but I wasn't sure which date was correct for my location. I took a chance and went out to see what I could see. Naturally I was wrong about the date but I did find out that my strange plan to see the transit actually works. Most of the time I think I am a big fool but sometimes I give myself a bit of hope. Tomorrow I will show you what I see and how I see it. Wish me luck!
