Material...

I like this part of the spoon process.  

The heavy axe work at the beginning is quite nice, the closer large material removal is a bit tedious, but my favourite part of the process is the last small shaving process to finally shape the spoon.  Taking wee bits here and there, making it even in small strokes.

I hardly looked up around the whole dog walk whilst shaping the back of the bowl.
