We Are The Steeple!

It is now less than one week until the Scottish Cup Final. This evening, the Steeple in Falkirk town centre was bedecked in a giant Falkirk FC navy & white scarf. A crowd of several hundred turned up to watch, although there wasn't much of a fanfare apart from a lone piper and no-one, except those in the front few rows, could hear any of the speeches. Nonetheless, the sight of a Falkirk FC scarf around the iconic building, which is used in the club's badge, was quite impressive. Five more sleeps!

COYB, by the way, stands for Come On Ye Bairns - the Bairns being the club's nickname, taken from the town's motto "Better meddle wi' the de'il than the Bairns of Falkirk"
