Rhubarb Flowers

I never knew rhubarb flowered.  A shame that they have to come off, they're interesting to look at - sort of like a multicoloured cauliflower.   We should have plenty of rhubarb to freeze and put away for pies later.    We've spent our weekend getting the rest of the garden in and cleaned out the raspberry canes.  What a difference, should be lots of light getting down to the new shoots.   My back and hips are now reminding me that I'm not as young as I used to be!
