Common ridings and nice light

While waiting for the cavalcade to pass by the house I noticed that the light was lovely and quickly snapped this. By the time it arrives it was too dark to take any decent photos.
Long day today - I felt it was Wednesday - but on the positive side I managed to write my talk (at least the first draft) for the ceremony in June.
