Latest Addition

I bought this clematis to grow up against the recently widened gateway wall. It already has plenty of buds and the promise of lots of colour, as apparently it's a 3 in 1, meaning that it is 3 different plants grown together to give colour from May through to September. 

I took Mckenzie to nursery this morning, only to discover that we were the only ones there! His Mummy had forgotten that it was half term. We had planned to get more work done on their new house but this wouldn't have been easy with the children there, so my Mum came to the rescue. I had to drive up to the M42, near Birmingham and meet her in a lay by. We transferred car seats and children and off Mckenzie and Minnie went for a little holiday until the end of the week. 

Finally got home at 9pm and it will be an early start in the morning, going via the DIY store for loft boards.
