Penshaw Monument

Had to go to the quacks this morning so i headed to sunderland early . as i was early i slightly detoured to have a look at the Penshaw (the mackems say pensher) monument . I'd forgotten what a steep climb it was up there .but it was worth it for the views on this blue sky morning .
