Is this my best side?

At Longleat Safari Park the lions were majestic, the tigers were sleepy, the cheetahs were athletic, the monkeys were naughty, the rhinos were massive, the deer were hungry and the wolves were hiding, but the most vocal beast on the safari drive at Longleat today was the camel.
Driving through the various enclosures is always an adventure. Being up close to the animals is fun. We fed the deer who put their heads through the car window for more. We kept our windows firmly closed in the monkey enclosure where the little horrors were climbing all over the car. Our rear windscreen wiper was given a severe workout and will have to be renewed! The huge rhinos were very close to the road, making us aware of just how big they really are. We really enjoyed the large pride of lions, but as always our favourites were the sleek cheetahs.
The camels were vocal - I wonder what he is really saying!
The safari ride is just part of the attraction at Longleat. After a picnic lunch we enjoyed more animals, went for a boat ride on the ornamental lake to see the gorilla on his island and did a tour of the magnificent house. The boys found plenty to occupy themselves all day.
It was another good day on our family holiday.
