Meet the Parents

For the first time ever we have a pair of blackbirds nesting in our Clematis in the garden - this morning they were up early gathering food for the young chicks in the nest.
We can hear the chicks now really clearly and we know exactly where the entrance to the nest is - see extra photo -  you can just make out Mr Blackbird's tail
Its like having our own episode of Springwatch and I hope we get to see the young ones soon.
