The Beginning...

Today was the first day of the corporate sponsored get fit program.  It is rather interesting after my shakey start and for a serial recorder of 3000 plus photos it suits me down to the ground.

It seemed like the best day to take a trek across town to do some sewing errands for Mrs TFP.  It was a rather pleasant and I came across this market in a church which looks to be the new home of a slightly more organised and reduced Avalanche Records.
