Points of light & North Stars

Really insightful and interesting day. Privileged to be a speaker at an event for future leaders in public services this morning. An inspirational group - I took away so much from the discussions and inputs from my fellow speakers too.

It was all a bit non-stop though today - so I'm only really getting a chance to reflect on it all now as I sit with my well earned cuppa! So grateful for these opportunities to meet with so many passionate people and share questions and ideas.
