Hitchhiker

This guy hitched a ride on my daughter's windshield this morning.  We were not in a position to get out and get photos----and the thing that bothers me the most is that I don't know what kind of bug he is.  I thought maybe some kind of borer beetle, but his legs don't seem quite right for that, so I don't know....So my mom did a little more research and came up with the name for this guy.  He is a Two-Lined Spittle Bug.  Thanks, Mom!
