Duck

The unlit duck tealight indicates my view of the tangled mess between those in power who don’t appear to coordinate affairs between departments. Today I’ve been hearing of more frustration with the authorities who have completely mucked up arrangements over the last two days leaving an extremely vulnerable person at enormous risk.  And there’s absolutely nothing I can do to help.
