Picnic

Packed a picnic and headed to the park for the morning - and he fell asleep on the way there! Woke cheerful though and we had a nice time taking rocky raccoon on the slide and lots of other adventures. Very quiet until about 10:30 but got busier after that with a lovely dog to meet and stroke and some friendly older children who didn't mind too much that Matthew wanted to borrow their bucket and spade in the sandpit. Cycled home for our picnic in the end and was very amused by Matthew saying it was going to be in his tummy :) Ate half in the garden but it was a bit windy so retreated to the living room. Lovely morning. Bit TV obsessed in the afternoon but a pleasant enough time too and a nice evening. Definitely feeling less criss that the childminder's been getting all the nice bits :)
