Construction next doors is proceeding at a good clip. 

I was stranded at home, after a quick tour at the ER last night to rule out appendicitis so I had nothing better to do than 'stalking' the workers for pictures. I'm sure they thought I was crazy, but they indulged me. Tough to be outside working all day when temps reach 97 degrees...
