Self Service

This Magpie has been watching the other birds on the feeder and earlier this week made his first attempts, but still hasn't mastered the technique. I have tried to capture his progress from indoors but as soon as I even approach the window he flies away. Today I got lucky, it's not the clearest picture, but you get the idea.
