Last morning

The clouds were gathering as we packed our belongings and left our lovely accommodation for the past week. Converted from stables it provided ample room for the six of us and was really well furnished and equipped.
We had an excellent week together with fine weather and we are all going home with tanned faces.
All change today as we had a wet journey home. The youngsters went straight back to their home near Basingstoke but Normous and I made a detour south to visit an old friend who moved down there a good few years ago. She has recently refurbished a very run down cottage and it was good to see what a lovely home she has made. She has style and taste, and I came home wanting to start again with my own home!
