scavenger hunt

set the kids off on a nature scavenger hunt, armed with home made "binoclee-ars" and a list of things to find. we did pretty well! think the only things we missed were wild berries, ants and a squirrel.
weather was awesome today so we spent most of the afternoon sunning ourselves on the decking, eating ice lollies and watching the children on their bikes. very cute hearing them 'argue' over who was joseph's new best friend. lily claiming him because she's the youngest. dylan claiming him because he's the boy.  don't worry though alana, pretty sure he wished you were still around to join the fun and games xx
