Lunch on the Fly

The tiny fly on my kitchen bench looked dead, but it was sliding sideways without moving its legs. A closer look revealed the even tinier jumping spider that was dragging it. The squares on the surface are 1 mm across, which gives an idea of scale. The spider’s large front eyes look like it is wearing goggles.
