Celebrating the Arts

Well, Ashby Arts Festival actually. That's why the bunting was up in Ashby market where Basil and I popped in for a cuppa after I'd collected my photos from the Tourist Information Centre. I'd entered them into the Arts Festival Open Photography Exhibition. It's a shame that the exhibition lasts only three days as I didn't get a chance to view it this year.

Was extremely pleased that one of my photos, a portrait of a friend, was awarded Highly Commended.
