Fantastic Mr Fox

I spotted this guy on the roof of the garages a few evenings back but the light was too poor and I'd already posted a cute cygnet photo.

This evening as I was thinking about getting something to eat (actually I do that a lot!) I glanced out of the kitchen window and there he was again calmly wandering about in the sunshine - blip sorted!

He was sharing the roof with a collared dove but they both seemed oblivious to each others presence. Perhaps being an urban dweller he has lost some of his predatory instinct - I imagine that the closest he'll ever get to raiding a hen house is to have a rummage through the bins at the back of the local KFC!
