... coming in to land, at Bempton Cliffs.

An early start this morning was worth our while, arriving at Bempton before most of the men sporting lenses bigger than themselves, with motor-drives whirring enough to scare the birds. (Notice I resisted the temptation to blip a picture of that pack of enthusiasts - though some were taken!)

By comparison, I was putting the modestly sized OMD E1M through its paces trying to capture birds in flight. A few more in today's extras.

We adjourned for a excellent al fresco lunch, on the patio of a hotel overlooking the sea in Filey.

As reserve blips, I had a few 'people pictures' and a shot of a menswear shop which boasts it stocks trousers in sizes from 30-70 inch waists! Maybe next time.
