MND Fun run

For the 4th year in a row dad and I took part in the MND fun run at Strathclyde park - and as usual we arrived after the race started and went to register - and then we power walked around the park - with some jogging towards the end.

Think I am getting the hang of this selfie lark ;-) Although I have been doing them for years - and possibly for longer than the term has been around.
