Parc 1 (Under Construction)

Parc1 building site. 

A quick google reveals that this is to be a 72 floor super skyscraper. 

One day. 

The reason for my scepticism? I had a view of this place from my hotel from when I stayed in August 2013. It doesn't look like there's been any much progress since! 

Though I'm sure a significant amount of support work goes into the foundations, conveniently hidden from view.  

It is the foolish man who builds his house upon the sand after all...
