The hustle

We popped out for a quick pint before lunch. After many games of pool and a fair few pints lunch ended up being at 7pm.

A great day topped off with duck legs, potatoes roasted in the duck fat and a great jus* that, amongst other things, included a third of a bottle of 10 year old port.

I just hope when I sober up I can remember how I made it.

All round great weekend.

*ie pretentious gravy
