From days gone by ...

To the last day of May 2015.  As a former Chef de Parti at the Millcroft Inn in Alton, we once presented a dessert similar to this one.  Adding freshly cracked black peppercorn to seasonal strawberries was something new to me.  My current version (without whipped cream) includes lime greek yogurt, a soft drizzle of Mexican Agave and a very aromatic basil leaf.  The strawberries are Ontario grown and bought at the famous Milton Farmer's Market on Saturday.  Bon Appetite !!!
