Apple & Cinnamon Loaf Cake

I'm feeling rather smug. I'm on a Love Food Hate Waste mission. This passed two weeks I've spent very little in the supermarket and barely had enough waste to fill the smallest of my food compost bins. We have eaten very well too with cake and home made breads. All it has taken is good planning.
