Bird?...what bird?

Sitting up in bed this morning, idly looking out the window, the way you do and saw the most amazing sights. The neighbours cat (ginger tom from next door) was on the garage roof with two magpies(?) The cat was washing itself, rolling on its back and generally ignoring the birds, who were hopping up to him behind his back, appearing to play 'What's the time Mr. Fox' and generally taking the p...! (see extra pics) I had plenty of time to go down two floors to get my camera and stagger all the way back up, open the window and take a series of shots, Amazing, great start to the day, blip in the bag before I was totally awake.
